Mixed population of white and pink morphs — most are pink. Most plants are still small, non-flowering here. Among Eremalche, Plantago, Chylismia, Schismus, Cryptantha, Tiquillia, Palafoxia, Euphorbia, Ambrosia, Eriogonum, Cistanthe, Aliciella, and Aristida.

Flowering, fruiting (most undeveloped), budding. Large population with Geraea, Palafoxia, Chylismia, Psorothamnus emoryi, Brassica tournefortii, Plantago, Schismus, Cryptantha, Tiquilia, Euphorbia. Very little herbivory and not seeing any leaf mines.

Large plants (flowering, fruiting, and budding) quite sporadically scattered between Larrea and Atriplex. Area highly invaded by Schismus and Brassica. Lots of Malacothrix in bud, some Chylismia flowering. Several lady bug larvae and pupae on multiple Abronia.
