A rather common beetle of open habitats - degraded forests, bunds of farms, and edges of meadows of Kanha Tiger Reserve. Uncommon on light source at night. Multiple observations uploaded as single file, all from the month of July (2013 & 2014).

Cicindela andrewesi zingaroana: Observed along the shoulder of a hill, in a small clearing with grass and sparse leaf litter in a dry deciduous forest (turned green during monsoon). Slow to react or fly, but few fast once it took off.
