At Childrens Discovery Museum
I am guessing this fine was planted by the neighbors next-door. It grows up on their side of the privacy fence. But I have no idea if it was planted or transport it possibly buy birds. I am only now trying to become familiar with the Members of the genus beyond Passiflora incarnata and Passiflora lutea.
I think this is likely cultivated. It grows across the fence in our neighbors yard. The leaves are unlike any that I can find in Photos and suggestions by INaturalist itself. 3/24/2024 after extensive geeking out on the internet, this identification is what I have arrived at. The leaves are the closest I have found. There were green fruit on the vine last November that fit the description. The only variance from the description for this plant is that it does show the slightest purple in the corona filaments. That doesn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere in writings I have found. I will try to meet the neighbors on who’s yard this is growing and try to find out where they acquired the plant. The only other listings in the United States that I have found in INaturalist are all in Hawaii.
