I'm currently the Southwestern Ecoregion Coordinator/Botanist for Chicago Botanic Garden (contracted by the Bureau of Land Management). I oversee and manage our southwestern botanical field crews, spanning from the Sonoran, Mojave, and Great Basin Ecoregions. My specialties involve rare and sensitive species surveys, seed collections, restoration, and GIS.

When I'm not botanizing, gallivanting in mountains, or exploring nature, I spend my time reading, writing, coding, map-making, and volunteering.

I am also a graduate student studying Geospatial Development & Programming/Data Science at Penn State University.
