I am Biologist who attached to the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. My research areas are focused on these areas; Biotechnology, Marine Biology, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Natural products, and Toxicology.

Apart from above research interest, I am interested in working with millipedes of Sri Lanka, and other faunal studies especially on herpetofauna, freshwater crabs, and biodiversity studies. Here, I will contribute my knowledge about Sri Lankan fauna for the increase of awareness and knowledge of this particular animal group.
