I have been studying botany on my own for the last several years... made this account to start tracking some of the stuff I see and to hopefully learn more/share the bits I do know about. I like mushroom identification and taxonomy as well - much appreciate any assistance with my IDs!

Particularly interested in the plants native to Southern California and our chaparral ecosystems, but always like to know more about any plants, fungi, and animals.
