I'm a PhD candidate at the University of New Mexico, primarily interested in the birds of Southeast Asia and the South Pacific, as well as the ecological and evolutionary relationships between birds and other organisms (prey, parasites, etc). Part of my research involves salvaging dead birds that have died from window collisions. Currently working on the phylogeography of the genus Pitta.
