I've been birding for nearly all of my life and have recently started getting into all things natural, especially dragonflies/damselflies, butterflies, and moths. I'm currently completing a PhD at the University of Waterloo researching the use of nocturnal heterothermy as an energy saving strategy for small migrating passerines.
