Tagging people who have shown interest or I think would be interested. Please feel free to tag others, and apologies to anyone who I've forgotten to tag.

Also- if anyone knows how to describe a 15 mile diameter circle for a place in iNat, I need your assistance. Then I can set up projects for each count.

re: 15 mile diameter places, as I'm sure you know, you'll need to generate a circle as a .kml file to upload to your newly defined place. You'll need lat/lon for the center of the circle.
There are a few tools that do this automatically if you supply the lat/lon, such as: https://www.scottmurray.me/kml/circle/index.php
If I recall correctly, KML "circles" end up being approximations of a circle since KML deals with straight lines/polygons. Kind of like as you go from a square to a pentagon to a hexagon to an octagon you get closer and closer to a circle. So these tools create shapes that have like 200 sides.
Hope that helps...
@naturesarchive mahalo nui no kou kōkua! I’ll spend some time this weekend trying it out.
Thanks Cat!
