I am a biology professor at Paul Smith's College in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York. For several years I have been compiling a list of macromoths occurring on the college campus and at the Paul Smith's Visitor Interpretive Center (VIC) (find it under my 'lists'). I am also a 'digital collector' of insects, uploading my cell phone photos to iNat. It's a great way to keep learning about insects! I have been an insect collector for many years but am enjoying the switch to digital collecting. It's easier and I am contributing data that will be easily accessible!
