If I have tagged your observation at a very high taxonomic level, I'm just moving things from unknown to a place where it is more likely to be seen.

Marine Biology student, studying at the University of Plymouth. I try to observe everything I see.

• Volunteer with The Rockpool Project as a guide to teach people about the species present on their shores.
• Currently researching for my dissertation on the multistressor impacts of Alexandrium poisoning and osmotic stress on invertebrates (namely the amphipod Gammarus chevreuxi).
• Alongside that, I have just finished working at UCL as a researcher as part of a research placement, studying earth core fauna and sediment size, using paleogeological and biological findings to inform our understanding of how Earths currents have changed over the Holocene. Findings to be published soon (exciting!)

I'm very interested in invertebrate and meiofaunal life. I may make a mistake or two along the way (some mistakes larger than others :) ) so if I do, please don't hesitate to correct me.

If you need more information or have a question about one of my observations, don't hesitate to ask!
