Can you please confirm that we just upload observations like normal with ID's if possible time and GPS and that we do not need to attribute observations in any way to the Great Southern Bioblitz? Or are we meant to do something special with our Observations?
regards John
If you look at the project page you can see the conditions for the project. Apart from the obvious date and location restrictions the only other restriction is that it isn't "Casual" grade (which usually means domestic animals or planted flora).
So yes, just upload as normal and observations will be automatically acquired by the project. If you also join the project you will also get a project icon+link in each of your valid observations.
hey, could you please unsubscribe me from this project as I've only been to Bendigo once on a trip and probably wont be back in the next year at least. thanks :)
@christophercaine There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.
Likewise I won't be in Bendigo and I think the project admin just tagged everyone with observations in the Bendigo area in a spammy sort of way.
Dear @christophercaine & @reiner Sorry to be communicating in a 'spammy sort of way' There's no obligation to contribute to the Great Southern Bioblitz. If you make any iNat observations the #GSB2021 will pick these up if they occur in a @GSB2021 project area anywhere in the southern hemisphere Oct 22 -25
