Specimen collected. Observed searching upon leaved of various Citrus trees.
Observed collecting an unidentified Geometridae caterpillar.
Observed making small indent-like markings (laying eggs) on the underside of leaves of the presumed host plant Citrus limon.
Observed pollenating on flowers of Polyscias sambucifolia.
Visiting Citrus japonica (var. margarita) flowers to collect unidentified caterpillar grubs.

It seemed to have a unique 'jumping' movement as when observed in the net it was jumping or moving quickly around, rather than flying about.
When initially placed on the point mount, the specimens' head (and antennae) and rear appeared to be bent or folded up above its main body, however was relatively easy to maneuver into a more natural position.
Identification is most likely to be family 'Pteromalidae', subfamily 'Cleonyminae', genus 'Mesamotura'.
The species of this specimen is currently unknown.
