Ant-mimic spider! I’ve seen one these once before, earlier this year. This one was in the house it must have rode in on my jeans.
Oak gall wasp on a northern pin oak. Galls were pretty hairy, rough equally above and below leaf, on the leaf tips and had a free floating central chamber. Also they were being tended/inspected by ants.
The only Nearctic Leptopeza with yellow antennae & mouthparts: Melander 1927
