Bright orange crust. Kind of wrinkly in texture.
About 7 cm length for one group
Location: on fallen tree. In a park nearby common walking area. Growing nearby lichen and other yellow fungi on the tree. Urban setting
On a piece of Douglas Fir bark, or possibly a black cottonwood chip.
Scale is quite small here. The branch was maybe 2” diameter and this was the clearest photo I could get.

Stronger earthy mushroom smell, brownish yellow spores
Black and white can rub off on fingers, quite common in area
Not slimy, smells like dirt very earthy.
