Found on the wet fibrous bark at the base of a large stringybark (Eucalyptus obliqua).

Photos show the slime mould developing from when the plasmodium started forming fruiting bodies on 17 July.
On sweetgum fruit and leaf litter; spores with a thicken ring(?), around 8.1 microns in diameter.
