Field Notes - Location: Between Deanmill and Manjimup WA. Very small spider. Appox 0.3-0.5 cm long. Under a poiece of wood on a semi-rural property. Raining at the time.
Did not have macro lens with me so this is just a vaguely salticid-shaped blur.
I thought this might be a jumping jack ant at first, when I watched it jump between leaves on a Lomandra. Looks and behaves a lot like an ant. Except the 8 legs.
