Thanks to a great network of identifiers it took just a day to identify this ascidia that was never documented in iNat for Greece before: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/173065992

Thanks to a great team of identifiers we were able to identify our 2 observations in the North East of Corfu as Mnemiopsis leidyi, first observation of this species for Western Greece and the Ionian Islands. Thank you @ctaklis, @blue_lotus and @lukas_scharer

After documenting several new observations of dactylopterus volitans we are happy to see that one of our last year's observations https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/135708834 is featured as one of the descriptive pictures of this species.

In the utmost Northwest of the Ionian Islands, in the northern bay of Othonoi, we observed 2 Geryonia proboscidalis. The water was surprisingly warm this evening with 30 degrees. It's the first observation of this species in the Ionian Island. Thank you for the id @agapakisnikos
