Hello! I'm a recent US transplant to Melbourne, Australia. My professional background is a BSc in Biology with an emphasis in genetics and genomics and more than 4 years studying the genetics and evolutionary history of domestic pigeons. I am would like to get a PhD in the future, I love the research process and the prospect of learning something new about our incredible world.

After being introduced to iNaturalist in an entomology course in university, I have fallen in love hunting and learning about all of the wild life around me.

I'm still very new when it comes to identifying animals, especially insects and plants and I welcome any and all tips or tricks for observations I have made!
