Where I may not be equipped with technical or professional knowledge, I am more than equipped with curiosity for the world around me. Resources like iNaturalist (and it's many expert users!) are vital to accessible education and scientific data for amateur enthusiasts like me.

I have a particular interest in native bee species (and all pollinators), native and invasive plants to the blackland prairie ecosystem, and those of the surrounding DFW area. I am involved in native bee support initiatives at the University of North Texas and their Bee Campus USA Committee.

If you add on to or correct my identifications, please let me know why! I'd love to learn more for next time, and be able to pass along the knowledge as well. :)
