Endangered species biologist and scientific illustrator. My current work focuses on conservation of endangered coastal and aquatic species in Washington.

Lifelong backpacker and hiker. For the past 8 years, I've been working on growing my plant identification skills and am fairly well-versed in northern California species, though not an expert in any taxa. More recently, I've gotten into birding, particularly raptors. Owls are my favorite!
